Calabar comes to a halt as Miss Africa 2022, Precious Okoye, is chosen.

Precious Okoye, a model from Nigeria, was ecstatic when she won the Miss Africa Calabar pageant. When the judges announced the winner on Tuesday, the dark-skinned model could not contain her excitement.

She claims that winning the title of Miss Africa in 2022 will provide her with "the opportunity to advocate for quality education through skill acquisition for the youth." As this will support local farmers in Africa and increase productivity, I want to use my incentive to select 200 farmers to benefit from my fertilizer initiative.

She went on to say that her position will "help create effective job opportunities that will help fight hunger and poverty not just in my country, Nigeria, but all over Africa." She went on to say, "My aspiration is to volunteer as a Nigerian representative at the United Nations (UN), which will give me a platform to serve humanity."
She claims that winning the crown is a dream come true and that she would always treasure the experience. Being crowned Miss Africa, which has always been my goal for my modeling career, makes me feel overwhelmed. She continued, "I can't wait to put in all my best to make you all proud, and the platform will enable me to tell my story, empower young people, and fly my country's flag with such pride."

She added, "I am self-driven, with interpersonal communication skills, which makes it easy to relate with people," that being passionate about her modeling life and other humanitarian services helped her learn new things about life and survival every day. My capacity to learn quickly and effectively has been aided by my zeal and eagerness to learn new things.
